A: Processing time is typically 6-8 business days, depending on the unit you order. Shipping usually takes 2-4 business days. Please note that signature confirmation is required, and we ship our packages with UPS.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?

A: Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Please check back soon for updates on this.

Q: How do I get my correct measurements?

A:To obtain accurate measurements, please refer to our sizing chart on the Policy page of our website. It will guide you in determining the right size for your custom wig.

Q: Can I request wand curls, tight curls, or pin curls?

A: All units come in the style listed in the description. We do not offer alternate styling options unless it is a custom unit.

Q: How long can the unit last?

A: With proper care, our units can last between 1 to 3 years. Please note that over time, the lace may shed due to knot bleaching and customization requirements. This is considered normal wear and tear. If you require wig repair, you can request the service online for an additional fee of $165.00, plus the cost of the lace. Please be aware that this service is not available for full lace units.

Q: Can I color my unit?

A: Yes, you can color your unit, but we strongly recommend seeking the assistance of a professional for this service. We do not offer coloring as an option. Units with custom colors will be sold as is.

Q: If I receive my unit and it does not fit, can I exchange it?

A: Once you open or alter the wig, there is no refund or exchange. It is crucial to send the correct measurements and carefully review the description when placing your order.

Q: What color cap should I use when applying my unit?

A: Nude color caps blend perfectly to resemble the scalp when applying your unit.

Q: How should I store my wig?

A: We recommend storing your wig on a mannequin head or purchasing one of our wig storage bags for safekeeping.

Q: Can I request different lengths?

A: The available units are listed online. However, you can cut and style the unit as desired. For a specific length, we recommend placing a custom unit order.

Q: Can I return my order?

A: Yes, you can return your order, provided that the seal is unbroken, the unit is untouched, and the lace is still fully attached.

Q: What is a full wig with lace closure/frontal? What is a Full lace unit?

A: A full wig consists of a lace closure or frontal with wefted hair sewn onto a cap. It is not a full lace wig. You do not need to leave your hair out as the lace closure or frontal acts as your "leave out" for seamless blending. A full lace unit, on the other hand, is a wig where the entire base is made of lace, offering versatility in styling and natural-looking hairlines.

Q: What kind of cap will the wigs be made with?

A: All wigs will be made with a lightweight, breathable, professional custom cap that comes with adjustable straps, unless otherwise stated. Wig combs can be attached upon request at no additional cost.

Q: Are the wigs premade?

A: Currently, all our wigs are custom-made for each individual. We request measurements to ensure an accurate fit. Full lace wigs are made in a standard size suitable for 22-25 inch heads. Please refer to the size chart and select your size accordingly.

Q: Do you cut or fold the tracks?

A: Tracks are folded for the majority of the process. They are only cut when necessary.

Q: Can the wigs be put in a ponytail?

A: Yes, the wigs can be styled in a ponytail, depending on how they are installed. However, please note that an elastic band installation may have some restrictions when attempting a high ponytail. For achieving a high ponytail without elastic, we recommend purchasing a full lace unit.

Q: What kind of hair will be used to make the wigs?

A: All our wigs are made with 100% raw hair directly cut from each donor, as well as 100% virgin hair (Brazilian). The origin of the hair will be mentioned in the description.
